Sign up with your name, email, and phone number. Upload a government-issued ID (Aadhaar, Passport, or Driver's Licence). Verification is completed within 24 hours.
Enter your pickup and destination. Filter available rides by date, departure time, and number of seats. Can't find a match? Post a Ride Request — when a provider posts a matching route, you'll get notified instantly.
Tap "Book Ride" on your chosen listing. Chat with the provider inside the app to confirm your exact pickup spot — no phone numbers are ever shared.
Track your provider's live location as they approach. View the trip in real-time on the map. After the ride, leave a star rating and short review. Check your Past, Current, and Upcoming rides anytime from the Rides tab.
Submit your Driving Licence and vehicle Registration Certificate. Provide Aadhaar or Passport for identity verification. Add your car's make, model, colour, and plate number. Approval takes up to 24 hours.

Yes. Downloading and using ZygoRIde is completely free. Rdie providers set their own seat prices to cover fuel and toll costs — ZygoRIde does not add platform fees.
We ask for a government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar, PAN, Passport or Driving Licence). The document is encrypted and stored securely. Verification takes up to 24 hours.
Yes. You can cancel up to 2 hours before departure without any penalty. Late cancellations may affect your reliability score visible to other users.
Once a ride is booked, a private chat opens between rider and Ride provider. Neither party sees the other's phone number. Messages are end-to-end secured via Firebase.
No. Location is only accessed during active rides and is not stored permanently. We collect only what is necessary to provide the service. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
